Aug.1 (CRICKEX) – A splendid thump of 87 from Quinton de Kock and a speedy fire 49 from captain, Faf du Plessis helped Proteas beat Sri Lanka by 4-wickets in the second ODI at Dambulla on Wednesday.
Prior, South Africa had confined Sri Lanka to 244/8 with Phehlukwayo and Lungi Ngidi the pick of the bowlers taking 3 wickets each. Angelo Mathews was the foundation of the Sri Lankan innings, scoring 79 from 111 balls.
